We have Sri Lankan skilled workers for the automotive and caregiver industries who are fluent in Japanese for your corporate environment.
In late 2022, we began providing language and professional trained workers to institutions in Japan. We were particularly interested in this project because it aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Our project in Japan contributes to several of the SDGs. For example, by providing language training to workers, we are helping to achieve SDG 4, which is to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education for all. By providing professional training to workers, we are also helping to achieve SDG 8, which is to promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.
In addition to the SDGs, our project in Japan also aligns with our company's mission to "provide high-quality training and education that empowers people to achieve their full potential." We believe that by providing language and professional training to workers in Japan, we are helping them to reach their full potential and contribute to the country's economy and society.
The training program is a concrete example of how Sri Lanka and Japan are working together to achieve sustainable development. The program is expected to have a positive impact on both countries, and it is a model for other countries that are looking to collaborate on sustainable development.
